Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return (for both US and Canadian orders).
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories attached
- Free from damage caused by the customer
Non‑returnable items
- Final sale / clearance items (explicitly marked)
- Personal care goods if the seal is broken
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Return Shipping Cost
Free returns for all eligible items (US and Canada). We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (USPS for US customers, Canada Post for Canadian customers). No restocking fee applies.
How to Return
- Contact us at info@theordiinarys.org with your order number and reason for return.
- We will email you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and attach the label.
- Ship to our return address (same for both countries):

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days of receipt.
Refund Posting Time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal):
- Credit card refunds: Allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
- PayPal refunds: Refunds typically appear in your PayPal account within 1–3 business days after we process the refund.
Full Refund Without Return
A full refund without returning the item may be granted if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong product
- The order never arrives (per our Shipping Policy)

Exchanges
Return the original item using our free return process and place a new order for the desired item. Or contact us for assistance.
FTC & Canadian Compliance Note
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, you are entitled to cancel the order for a full monetary refund (US) or as required by Canadian provincial law.
